Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During new releases, limited drops, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Policy

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Once an order leaves our facility, shipping delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

WYLDLYFE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.


Return Policy

Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:
• Incorrect sizing selections
• Change of mind
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Sale or promotional items

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be approved for defective or incorrect items received.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Description of the issue

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Approval is not guaranteed and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Limited Releases

Many WYLDLYFE collections are released in limited quantities.

Once an item sells out, restocks are not guaranteed.

Limited releases are available while supplies last.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after purchase. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Our team will review your claim and provide the appropriate resolution.


Product Availability

While we strive for accuracy, inventory levels may occasionally differ from actual stock.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
